Who is Inner Guru?
Greetings and Sat naam! We are dedicated Kundalini yoga teachers based in Griffith, NSW, Australia. We fuse our passions for yoga, music, and training to create powerful learning experiences for all levels. We are educators by profession and hold post-graduate qualifications in the field.
We offer classes and workshops. We also host Kundalini Yoga teacher training, a profound way to deepen understanding of postures, breath, yogic nutrition and philosophy, and techniques and tools for modern seekers.
Inspiring Transformation Across Worlds
Beyond the yoga mat, we actively participate in events and festivals around Australia and internationally, co-creating transformative experiences in tailored workshops and kirtan sessions.
We extend a warm invitation to join us on the journey of self-transformation, where the union of yogic knowledge and practice serves as a powerful catalyst for unlocking the teacher (guru) within.
Our Vision
We established Inner Guru in 2023, as a platform designed to nurture the inherent wisdom of every soul who takes part. It is the inner knowing and intuition that we learn to trust. Inner Guru aims to empower individuals and organisations to foster connection to their distinct strengths and talents. We do this through providing training in wellness and health (mental and physical) from a yogic perspective.

What We Do
Connect to the Power of the Breath
Connecting with our life force recalibrates the system. Breath control alters mood, promotes connection with the self and has overall detoxifying properties. It can be calming and energising.
Strengthen the Heart
Physical exercise increases circulation, purifies the blood and tonifies the heart muscle. We look for the benefits of heartiness and vitality which come with a strong cardiovascular health. The heart is at the centre of our energetic system.
Clarify the Mind
Changing mental patterns brings relief from over-stimulation and recurring thoughts, improving focus and concentration. Meditation techniques change mood and contribute to overall feelings of awareness, gratitude and wellbeing.

Manshant is an internationally recognised Kundalini yoga teacher and her ability to guide you through your practice is a gift. She is also internationally recognised for her voice as she sings the ancient mantras of the Kundalini tradition. She uses recordings of other singers and instruments during her classes but when she sings, and you are in her presence, it is impossible not to be moved and fully immersed in the experience.
