Whether you're a long-time practitioner or a complete beginner with no prior experience in yoga, meditation, or Kundalini Yoga, you are welcome in our classes. Kundalini yoga is inclusive and has no restrictions based on age, experience, body type, or gender. It can even be done in a chair prop if you have trouble sitting on the floor for a whole class.
Yes, absolutely. The practice evolves with the practitioner's growth. You will be given modifications throughout class and you can and should choose the right level for you. Listen to your body- it’s what we’re here to do!
Kundalini Yoga is known for its diverse health benefits. It can increase vitality, emotional balance, promote enhanced mental clarity, and a deeper sense of spiritual connection. Regular practice may also lead to improved flexibility, stress reduction, and an overall sense of well-being.
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and transformative form of yoga that combines breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to awaken the dormant spiritual energy within. Unlike some other yoga styles, Kundalini places a strong emphasis on the integration of spiritual and physical practices for holistic well-being.

What our Students are Saying…
I came across Kundalini Yoga by chance about 18 months ago when I attended a chanting and singing workshop lead by Manshant in a neighbouring town. From there, with Manshant’s guidance, I began to incorporate the beauty of Kundalini – the skill of breath, movement, meditation, sound and deep relaxation – into my life.
Kundalini yoga requires you to surrender to the breath, to be physically challenged and to grow and develop the skill of meditation and being silent and still within yourself. For me these are things that do not come easily but with Manshant’s guidance, encouragement and support I have developed skills that I now use daily. As a person who has some serious health challenges, As a teacher Manshant has been sensitive to my needs, encouraging me when I needed it and allowing me to ‘just be’ when that was required.
Manshant is an internationally recognised Kundalini yoga teacher and her ability to guide you through your practice is a gift. She is also internationally recognised for her voice as she sings the ancient mantras of the Kundalini tradition. She uses recordings of other singers and instruments during her classes but when she sings, and you are in her presence, it is impossible not to be moved and fully immersed in the experience.
